Edwoak Consulting AB has been entrusted to conduct two SIP trainings for the actors in Good and Close Care in Sollentuna.
The planning is in full swing and there will be two very rich days, with almost all places booked. The training will be both cross-functional and cross-target group, which means that the training will be carried out together with schools, social services, primary care and specialist care and for all target groups - children and young people, adults and the elderly.
Our consultant Jessica Ek will conduct the days with an extra focus on collaboration, something that is close to Jessica's heart. - Collaboration is perceived as difficult, but it's not that difficult, it's just a bit hard.
