Edwoak Consulting AB has been entrusted to conduct two SIP trainings for the actors in Good and Close Care in Sollentuna.

The planning is in full swing and there will be two very rich days, with almost all places booked. The training will be both cross-functional and cross-target group, which means that the training will be carried out together with schools, social services, primary care and specialist care and for all target groups - children and young people, adults and the elderly.

Our consultant Jessica Ek will conduct the days with an extra focus on collaboration, something that is close to Jessica's heart. - Collaboration is perceived as difficult, but it's not that difficult, it's just a bit hard. Collaboration is not something you finish with, it is a living process that must be created and constantly maintained every day."

Happy and proud that Skövde municipality has given Edwoak Consulting AB renewed confidence, the agreement is extended for another year.

During the past year, Edwoak Consulting has conducted a thorough needs inventory in the sectors Social Services, Health and Care, Children and Education and Citizens and Society. The task in the coming year is to create sustainable organizational structures for the work with L-SIP and SIP in Skövde municipality for these sectors. (more ...)

More young people in state youth homes will be offered a coordinated individual plan (SIP) in spring 2023.

Edwoak Consulting has received an extended assignment with Uppdrag psykisk hälsa (UPH), the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) and is very proud and honored to have been entrusted, in collaboration with the Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS), to project manage this important work.
The assignment is a continuation of the preliminary study that Edwoak Consulting conducted for UPH, SKR during the summer and autumn of 2022. The client was then Ing-Marie Wieselgren, whose life was tragically taken from her, in Almedalen in July 2022. (more ...)

Edwoak Consulting AB has been given the honorable task of holding an inspirational lecture on SIP in Östersund in December on behalf of the Jämtland and Härjedalen region. On this occasion, the lecture will be based on a higher perspective "Collaboration - it does not solve itself by itself" to highlight that collaboration must take place at all levels to succeed with the individual's Coordinated Individual Plan.
